There isn't an interview on the EYX day as such - there are 3 different tasks.

If you're successful in the EYX you will then be invited to a final interview.

Thanks for answering. In the guidance booklet, there is mention of knowing your motivations for the role and firm and also about strengths based recruitment. How will these be assessed during the day?

Our tasks are designed to assess your strengths throughout them through your responses to the activities and teh way you complete them.

The role & service line motivations & offices will be assessed in the final interview.

Thank you very much. What would you say is the best way to prepare for the case study and other activities? I come from a science background and have applied for the Assurance summer internship.

For the case study - be creative and think outside the box also make sure you prioritise the needs of the client above all else.

For the email tasks - it's about being decisive and being able to justify your decisions.

Thank you for the information. With regards to the case study, are you able to advise on the kinds of topics that may come up?

Are the topics specific or more general so that a applicants core skills can be looked at?

For the case study - - be prepared to come up with ideas to help improe our clients business - we will provide you with t tech ideas that you can use/implement in order to facilitate but we are really looking to see how creative you are with thinking outside the box & also how you prioiritse your clinets needs.
