Hi, what are expected differences in preparation for the virtual experience day as opposed to a normal one?

There aren't really any differences !

We would still expect you to prepare to tackle the tasks as if you were attending in person.

Also you'll be in video with an assessor so we would advise you dress professionally aswell.

May I ask how would you suggest to prepare best for these?

I would advise that you research the company in advance and know our values/culture/mission etc...

I would also do a couple of practice NRT tests online: jobmi.com

We've worked extremely hard to make sure the virtual experience day is as close to our in-person day as possible, for this reason the main differences will be purely technical - Be sure to test your hardware before the session and practise talking to a camera, just to get used to the setting. :)

I would also advise that you be yourself and authentic throughout the day so we want to get to know the real you!
