Can we make the "Pinned" icon aligned to the left of the card - aligned to the left side of the avatar

When I hit @ it should just give me the list.

Allow @ to show all options of people you can mention

It isn't obvious via the UI that I have been @ mentioned in a discussion. If I go to "Mentioned" I can see the threads I've been mentioned in, but there's nothing to draw my attention to the fact that there is something.

Filter by topic seems to work well.

Cannot find anyone with an "o"

Feels like Admins should be able to be @ - if they are often answering questions as well?

Admin is not candidate facing term - therefore show as insider. Or is it best to show both as just employees of X company

re: @ mentions. I see that the @ mentions show in the notifications. and the red dot appears. Would be good to have the red dot on the "Mentioned" item on the left menu.

Not super obvious that you can do rich text (e.g. bold, italics).

Need to think about how to make this discoverable.
