I am a graduate in Education studies and I am on tier 2 visa, work permit. I want to switch my career and looking for right opportunity. Is there any chance to get into any programs in EY to get into.

Of course, EY accept graduates and school leavers from all background. I made the transition from Academia to auditing at EY by joining the graduate program.

Have a look at the EY recruitment website to see if there is a career path you are interested in, most EY program accepts candidate from all background.
