EY have a very flat structure which means that it is likely you'll be working directly with a partner in your first few weeks. There is a very constructive atmosphere along with the flat structure that has helped me build my confidence as well as skills. Partners sit on desks on the floor with everyone else - there are no separate offices which means it is easy to go to them with questions. The flat structure is one of my favourite things about EY.
