Hi,
Sorry there's been a delay in getting back to you.
Everything we do in the job involves technology, and I certainly haven't had many issues with it in my experience. We have laptop upgrades every few years and all of the systems that we use are well designed for different tasks and to perform different analytical procedures for example.
I'm not really sure I'm best placed to answer the cyber security question, I can't see any obvious problems but I don't work in IT so I am not 100%. Hope this helps,
