Hi, you're correct - TAS is an umbrella term. It stands for Transaction Advisory Services and is the umbrella term for all of our corporate finance offerings including (but not limited to) OTS (Operational Transaction Services), Transaction Support, Valuations, Business Modelling, Lead Advisory and Restructuring.
