Can international students who have studied a masters in a foreign country apply for the tax graduate programme?

Hi Kav, I am in the process of finishing my masters in International Tax from South Africa. I am originally from Mauritius. I was wondering whether I am eligible to apply for the EY Tax Graduate Programme or do I have to be a UK national? Thanks, Khalid.
