Hi Megan, when I was doing my applications I too was a bit startled by the idea of having a full time job! but fear not, that doesn't mean that there's no learning or development involved. I am currently a business apprentice in the FS Tax team, and whilst yes I work full time, I regularly go to college and get given time off to study. And unlike many apprenticeships I saw when I was applying the EY scheme treats you the same as Graduate joiners in that you work towards a professional qualification e.g. Chartered accountancy.
