What would you say is the most exciting thing about working at EY?

Hi Jon! The most exciting thing for me is the variety of opportunities I get to take on throughout my week - I could be in client meetings, pitches, doing work, asked to take part in a recruitment event, the list goes on!

Thank you both, that's great to hear! What would you say is the biggest challenge you've faced during your apprenticeship?

I'd say the biggest challenge for me is learning to manage not just myself but other people. I've had to learn how to organise myself, my energy and my time and also manage other people's expectations of me

When you mean other people, are you talking about "managing up?" Or do you have a team that reports to you?

Managing up, sorry. But equally I've had to manage "across" too, with other people in the same job level as me.
