Hi Mohammed, I'd say the variety of things I get to do. For example, my day today started off with a call with my career counsellor, then working on something for a client, then lunchtime (a very important part of my day!), a working meeting with a colleague and now I get to help with this recruitment live chat! Some days will be more intense than others, but every day is very different.

Would you say the role is client facing where you get to interact with your clients?

Some of the time, yes, I'll get to have meetings with external clients to discuss work. Other times, I'll be doing internal work so my "client" will be EY!

Would you say you do more work for EY internally or Client work, if you were to break it down to a percentage what would the percentage be 'EY work': 'Client work'

On my current project, it's more EY work, but my colleagues have been on entirely client projects based on client site

How often do you change projects or get assigned to a new project? And what's been your most interesting project so far?

We change projects either when the current project comes to an end, or when we decide to find a new opportunity - it could be anything from 2 weeks to a few years if you so wished. My most interesting project so far as been with a client on researching what the websites of the future could look like (or will they even exist at all anymore?!)

Interesting. Thanks for your response! So do you decide if and when you want change projects?

Yes to a certain extent - I find that I've learnt the most from the projects I wasn't happy with and I'm glad I stuck with them to learn what I needed to learn. Additionally, all opportunities will be discussed with your career counsellor at EY so it's not an individual decision, it will be based on what's best for you and your development needs.
