I am worried about studying for the CIMA qualification, how did you find it?
Additional information
I have recently been accepted onto the PAS Graduate Programme and I’m worried about studying for the CIMA qualification as I don’t have a strong maths background.

Hi there, congratulations on accepting a place on the PAS Graduate programme!
So it depends which area of PAS you are going into; if it's Performance, Systems and Talent you won't actually be studying CIMA, but the CIPD Level 5 qualification - it's the professional HR qualification. It's very different to CIMA and doesn't require any maths knowledge. I am taking it at the moment and found it really useful!
If you are in Global Mobility or Reward you will be studying the ATT qualification - I don't know too much about that in detail, but I do know the graduates get a lot of support in terms of college, study leave and access to lots of resources to help you as much as possible.
I hope that helps!

Thank you! I have been accepted onto PST and my contract says I’ll be studying for the CIMA qualification - is it definitely CIPD I will be studying?

Hi, I would maybe check with your recruitment contract and get them to confirm - they will have the most up to date information. Looking forward to meeting you in September!
