Hi there, I so don't work in either Mobility or Reward, however I do know they are more office based then we are in Performance, Systems and Talent, and tend to go to clients for ad-hoc meetings as opposed to full days. It will likely depend on your clients and the role you are in, but it's definitely more of a rarity. You will still get lots of client exposure through calls and briefings (my previous role in global mobility had me on lots of telephone calls with America, which was interesting!) I hope that helps!
