Hi there, I would say that you do not need a particular degree for 99% of the graduate schemes at EY, and for consulting it can be of benefit to have a different perspective from studying a different subject. I work alongside grads who have studied everything from management to psychology, to english literature and we are all at the same level. Having studied something such as management or economics may mean you understand a few of the business models a little easier, but my genuine advice would be to study the area you are going to enjoy and really thrive in - 2 more years of university can be a long time if you don't enjoy what you are studying! If you can talk passionately about your degree and the "extra-curricular" activities that you took part in, that will really help you to stand out in a recruitment process, and the soft skills such as leadership, team work and communication are all things you can bring to the table.
I hope this helps! Helena.
