Hey, to be perfectly honest I'm not sure. In the tax teams we start of doing ICAS and have the option later to do CTA if we want.
Most of the people sitting it at the moment are managers or seniors who say it is tough but achievable.
I do know there are senior managers and directors who don't have it so not the end of the world or something to stress over.
