Does EY still offer an advisory scholarship, and who is it open to?

Hi, I was looking at the EY website and came across a profile ( Shafia Patel) who mentioned about the EY advisory scholarship scheme. I wanted to know if EY still offers this and to which kind of students- is it mostly students who are studying finance related subjects at university? Many thanks in advance.
