Hi Jia,
Both good technology and communication skills are helpful for any job. However, these are not specific requirements for the transactions programme. Generally I would say the teams are looking for people with an interest in transactions and the sector they apply to, as well as an enthusiasm to learn. A lot of training will be given on the job so it's about finding a good fit for the team.
