Hi Chloe. As a consultant within EY a lot of the strengths that I find useful are those I picked up at university. It's worth having a brainstorm to understand what individual strengths you have an how they can support your application (generic examples can be very obvious so think of some unique to you!). For me, relationship building, using my initiative and being a strong verbal and written communicator are all really important. During the interview process I used examples from university and my previous job to help convey this in a meaningful way. I chose PAS because as an HR generalist by background I was keen to see how EY supports their client's people agenda. Everyday is different and for me that makes it so much more interesting than your standard 9-5 job!
I hope that helps.
