What is Transaction Support programme in more detail?
Additional information
From the brief description on the website I understood that Transaction Support is helping business identify potential risks of future M&A. It is Corporate Finance field, but what is it about exactly? What are the main responsibilities in the programme? How much would it give me an exposure to Corporate Finance comparing with other Transactions programmes?

Hi,
Broadly speaking the TS team covers the accounting aspects of a transaction. For example, performing due diligence on the financials of a target, or on behalf of the selling, helping to split out financials for a carve out or reporting on figures for an IPO. All Transactions programmes will give you extensive exposure to corporate finance, but look at different aspects. For example, CFS may look at the initial strategy and market, TS look at the financials, Valuations the valuation, OTS the post-transaction integration.
I hope that helps
