After stage 3 (Learning On The Job), how long does it typically take to hear abut stage 4 for the Assurance Apprenticeship programme?

Hi Rachel, thanks for your question!
So basically as the final stage is our Experience Day it can vary when people hear back as we usually shortlist and invite people to the Experience day around 2 weeks before the event?
And then this obviously depends on the location of the event.
Sorry that I couldn't technically be more helpful! Are you currently waiting to hear for stage 4?

Thank you! That does help! Yes, I have completed stage 3 and just waiting to hear about whether I have been successful for stage 4 at the moment (Glasgow, Scotland).

Ah great! I am the advisor for Glasgow so great to hear you've applied! :) Unfortunately, I don't have a set date that I know of but I know that we are trying to go through all of the people that have applied and make sure any can be invited to an Experience Day if shortlisted after stage 3 so hopefully you should hear something soon!

Ah fantastic! I imagine there will be a lot of applicants to go through so may take some time. I actually quite enjoyed the application process, even if the video answers were a bit nerve wracking!

Hi Rachael. I just got the email mentioning I have passed the job simulator test. I was told that EY will be shortlisting me regarding my performance. I fail to understand this as I thought I have already passed the other tests. Does that mean there is still a chance for me not to get into the experience day other than the roles being full?

Hi Gilbert. The next stage of the application process is shortlisting ahead of our Experience Days. During this stage we will look at your application and performance throughout the whole process. If you are successful through the shortlisting process, you will then receive an invite for one of our Experience Days.

Shortlisting involves looking at your application and performance throughout the whole process. Your application and performance will be reviewed, and the highest performers will receive an invitation for an Experience Day. If your application required a motivational statement or had a specific degree requirement, this will also be reviewed during the shortlisting process by the Student Recruitment team.

Shortlisting is an on-going process, and so there is no strict timeframe for how long it will take. The timeframe will be dependent on the Service Line, location, and role you applied for. All applications will be reviewed based on their performance through the process so far.
