Hi Anisha, so if you'd like to see more about our application process and how to prepare then this is a great link - https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/how-to-apply/application-tips
We can't give too much away about the types of questions that will be asked but that link will give you info on how best to prepare!
In terms of what we expect, we don't expect any prior knowledge or specific work experience but we just look for people that are keen to work with EY and work well in teams.

Also I am an international student on tier 4 visa if I get selected, will the company sponsor me ? And what would be the requirement from my side?
Can you let me know what would be the deadline of the application ?

Hi Anisha - we do have some sponsorships therefore if you put in an application you could flag on your application that you require a visa.
And there is no set deadline for applications - we recruit on a rolling basis and we just close applications when our roles are filled.
So the message is usually if you're interested it would be better to apply sooner rather than later to avoid missing out!

For visa - is it only for London office or all the office would provide the sponsorship?

Hi Anisha - no it's not just London. Aberdeen is a good option in Scotland as I know we have historically sponsored visas there. Also there is a section in the FAQs on website here around work permits/visas - https://ukcareers.ey.com/students/how-to-apply/faqs

I personally did research on EY as a company and the location I was applying for so that I could show that motivation through the research. Hopefully that helps!

If due to some reason the company cannot sponsor me, can I get transferred to my home country?
Sorry for these kind of question but I am really worried about visa.

Hi Anisha, so if we were unable to sponsor you, we would let you know quite early on in the process. If you weren't eligible due to your visa, we would encourage you to apply directly to your home country.
If you have been successful in applying to an eligible location in the UK, we have a great team of on-boarding specialists and VISA team, who would support you through this, and it is highly unlikely that your visa would not be organised/come through before you started with us :)

If I am on tier 4 visa but I wanted to apply abroad in same company, will the company still sponsor me?

Each EY office around the world will have different visa requirements relevant to that country, you would need to link in with the individual programme requirements to find out if you are indeed eligible to apply for work in that location.
