How much exposure to Machine Learning and AI concepts will you recieve in Forensic Data Analytics?
Additional information
Is the role simply a "data analyst" role, or are there opportunities to work with Machine Learning and AI, and progress towards a more "Data Scientist" role?

Hi,
I actually work in Audit so our Data Analytics teams perform different roles to me. But I have done some digging and my understanding is that their work is driven by client demand and the projects that they have on at a point in time.
Many of our larger audits demand creativity in terms of how we provide solutions using data. This often involves innovative thinking and can draw on Machine Learning as and when that is the best approach.
We do regularly encompass sophisticated analytics techniques and there are opportunities to implement machine learning within the work we do in Audit and our data analytics teams.
However, it may not be on every project and it may not be the main focus of the work, depending on the client's needs.
I hope this helps answer your question but let me know if anything needs further clarity
Thanks
