Hello Rachel, What are the expected day- to day activities of a summer intern in "Transactions Support" internship 2020?

Hi Antani,
Transaction Support work focussed on financial due diligence for transactions. An intern would likely be supporting on one such transaction.
For example, if it were a sell-side transaction one might be liaising with the company to collate information and understand key drivers / reasons for changes as well as doing analysis to e.g. normalise earnings and provide a consistent view of accounts to potential buyers. This will then be complied into part of the wider diligence report.
