How does life and work differ at the London offices compared to other locations?

Hi Verity. Congratulations on deciding to apply to EY! As you are likely aware EY is a global firm and from my personal experience (in the Birmingham Office) the opportunities are endless! Most opportunities are presented to us via email and in this new technological age, we aren't disadvantaged by location.

Hi Verity. I recently undertook the Leading Women internship in June 2019 in the London Bridge office. From my experience, a lot of the activities we participated in were online via skype, meaning it did not matter which office you did the experience from. Hope this helps.

As my role is client facing I have had opportunities to go to different parts of the UK but not abroad yet - however it's only my 9th week haha! I know members of team who have travelled abroad this year to meet clients so it is definitely an option to us. Many people within EY embark on secondments to other EY offices all across the world so if that is what you're interested in, EY will support this!

I love the idea of having a main office but also being able to travel so I am most excited to hear about EY's support with this.
