Hi Emily. Great to hear you're thinking of applying! When I applied to the Business Academy back in year 12, I remember writing down key points about myself and examples where I had demonstrated certain skills so during the phone interview I said everything I wanted to! I also did research on EY and their culture/aims and how I aligned to them. Prior to this stage there are a few tests but you can't really study for these, there are more a test of logic/skill however practice mock tests online can't hurt!
