please tell me about the culture of EY, and what excites you about your furture prospects at the company

Hi Taylor, I hope you are well! I'm sure this doesn't come as a surprise to you but EY is known for it's personable and friendly culture and In my 2 years at the firm I have met so many warm and encouraging faces and have genuinely made some life long friends. Having such amazing colleagues has made the process of starting new engagements that much more enjoyable and easy as I know I will always be surrounded by brilliant, helpful and inspiring individuals who always support and help out when in need. The culture at EY is honestly one of a kind, and is rate to find in the industry, I definitely think it is a major selling point of the firm.
The progression at EY again is something which excites me, working in the technology transformation space where there is around 40people in the team, I get the chance to build personal relationships with the senior leadership who always provide me with opportunities to stretch myself and show my capabilities. Having promoted to senior consultant last month, I am already taking on a managerial role in my new engagement and this sets me in steed to already start thinking about my responsibilities if I wanted to move further in the career. Overall, both the culture and the prospects of tapping into new and exciting engagements in the technology space are reasons as to why EY is a great place to work. Hope that helps!
